The Internet seems to be hot right now as DJ Cuppy has finally reacted to allegations from Afeare Isreal who is known to be Davido’s Personal Logistics Manager that she didn’t pay Zlatan for performing the song, ‘Gelato.’
DJ Cuppy made her reaction on her Twitter page where she revealed what she would do to Afeare Isreal. DJ Cuppy claimed that there have been no breaches of her contractual agreement regarding the Song Gelato as confirmed by her Lawyers.
DJ Cuppy then revealed that she is hereby suing Afeare Isreal for Libel and Defamation.
In DJ Cuppy’s words, she said,
“For the record… There have been no breaches of my contractual agreement regarding the song, ‘Gelato’ as confirmed by Lawyers.
“However, as Afeare Isreal publicly inaccurately declared I owe an artist money, I am suing him for libel and defamation!
“See you in court Isreal.”
With this, DJ Cuppy didn’t mention Zlatan in this whole issue probably maybe because she didn’t want to get herself into more issues with Zlatan.
Recall that Afeare Isreal took to his Instagram page to put claims on DJ Cuppy didn’t pay Zlatan Ibile for performing in the Music ‘Gelato.’
Finally, DJ Cuppy has said it. She has vowed that she has taken the whole case to court and Isreal should get ready to go to court.
