A former BBNaija housemate, Tolanibaj has taken bitterly explained the situation of health care facilities here in Nigeria. Tolanibaj explained all this in the latest tweet on her official Twitter page.
She analyzed the fact that the healthcare facilities in Nigeria are handled as if it’s a joke. She explained that words cannot express what she saw in one of the health centers in Nigeria recently.
In Tolanibaj words, she tweeted saying,
“Fly your loved ones out of the country for proper medical treatment most especially if they are elderly. The nonchalance I experienced yesterday is ALARMING. See elderly people gasping for air/folks needing oxygen tanks, but the health professionals didn’t give a flying f**K.
“There was no sense of urgency whatsoever. Kindly do the needful for your loved ones. The healthcare system is failing us.
“There’s no way words can express what I experienced yesterday. There was no empathy from the healthcare professionals. None. Healthcare is handled as if it’s a joke.
Fly your loved ones out of the country for proper medical treatment most especially if they’re elderly.
