The Economic Financial Crimes Commission has arrested one famous Nigerian Instagram comedian named Pankeeroy whose real name is Nwagbo Chidera Oliver. It was announced that Pankeeroy was arrested for internet fraud on Wednesday, April 21, 2021.
The EFCC made this announcement on their official Twitter page. They also made known that Pankeeroy who hails from Anambra State, Nigeria was arrested for Alleged Conspiracy, Computer-related fraud & OBT.
The EFCC also announced that Pankeeroy who was born on the 22nd of January in Surelere, and the other 34 others were arrested in their hideout in James Court, Lekki, Lagos following their verified intelligence which they received about their alleged criminal activities.
