Real Madrid forward Eden Hazard has suffered another setback in his career at Real Madrid as the Belgian has pulled up another injury ahead of Real Madrid’s crucial Champions League clash against Atalanta on Tuesday.
Hazard has incurred several injuries since his move to Real Madrid from Chelsea for a staggering sum of €100 million was confirmed. Real Madrid fans now seem to be having less patience for the Belgian injury as his injury keeps reoccurring and he has found it difficult to have a string of consecutive matches at the club.
Real Madrid coach Zinedine Zidane has admitted that he is confused by the predicament of Eden Hazard after the club confirmed that he had suffered a muscle injury in the right pelvis.
“He is not going to be fit. There are things I cannot explain. Like always I try to stay positive and hope it would be a little thing. Something is happening. He is a player who was never injured in his career,” Zidane said.
Eden Hazard had 15 minutes return to action after being out since January but is now scheduled to miss Tuesday’s Champions League second-leg match against Atalanta and potentially other matches.
