Young Nigerian Man Arraigned In Court For Allegedly Stealing 2.1 Million Naira From An Eatery

A Nigerian Young man named Ahmed Fadulilahi has now been arraigned today for allegedly stealing 2.1 Million Naira from a popular eatery in Osogbo called Captain Cook Bakery. The 24-year-old man, Ahmed had allegedly committed this offence back in December, 2020 and was arraigned today.

Ahmed who is the accused person has now pleaded not guilty against this offence slammed against him. The Prosecutor accused ahmed of stealing the sum of 2,178,500 Naira from the Captain cook bakery in Osogbo, Osun State which the offence contravened section 390 (9)(6) of the Criminal Code CAP 34 vol 11 law of Osun state, Nigeria 2002.

With that, the Defence Counsel, B.O Odutola has told the court to grant his client, Ahmed Fadulilahi bail in the most liberal terms. The court has then granted him bail in the sum of 1 Million Naira with two sureties in like sum with the case being adjourned till March 24, 2021.
