The 2021 Grammy Awards show has commenced has it seems to be a successful one as Nigerian Musicians are winning big there. Wizkid and Burna Boy have now won awards tonight at the 63rd Annual Grammy Awards show as more are Nigerians are yet to win.
Nigerian Musician, Wizkid has won a Grammy Award titled ‘Best Music Video’ for his role on ‘Brown Skin Girl’ which he won alongside Beyonce (owner of the song), Blue Ivy, and Saint Jhn. The song ‘Brown Skin Girl’ is from Beyonce’s music album titled ‘Lion King.’ Currently, the music video of ‘Brown Skin Girl’ has over 31 million views on Youtube.

Another Nigerian Musician, Burna Boy has won Grammy Awards which is his first-ever Grammy Award. He is another musician in Nigeria with Wizkid that has won Grammy Awards in the 63rd Annual Grammy Awards.
Burna Boy won the Grammy Award due to his music video ‘Twice As Tall’ which made him win ‘The Best Global Music Album.’
With that, Burna Boy has now reacted to this his big win. He passed a message to all Africans telling there that they can achieve whatever they want to achieve.
He said in his words,
“Yes oh! Yes oh! Africa is in the Housemen! Africa, we are in the house! This is a big win for my generation of Africans all over the world! And this should be a lesson to every African out there, no matter where you are, no matter what you plan to do, you can achieve it.
“No matter where you’re from because you are a king. Look at me now, Grammy Award-winning Burna Boy.”
