Arsenal is eyeing a summer move for 22-year-old wing-back Achraf Hakimi. According to The Telegraph, Arsenal is looking to sell Hector Bellerin after having interest from some clubs across Europe.
The Moroccan international joined Inter Milan from Real Madrid in a deal that was worth £34 million. Hakimi has been a key piece for Antonio Conte’s Inter Milan side as his incredible pace and efficiency in the attacking third of the pitch have been very crucial to the Inter Milan team.
Hakimi is a player that has been praised by many as being a very fast footballer. During his time in Borussia Dortmund, he hit a top speed of 22.49mph during a match against Leipzig. Goal reported that it exceeded the top speed of Pierre Emerick Aubameyang during his time in Germany.
A resourceful player like Achraf Hakimi would be very useful and efficient under a manager like Mikel Arteta. Hakimi is an attacking-minded player who completes a lot of take-on to locate players in the 18-yard box. His end product is very impressive as his strength and athleticism help him evade players.
