The Nigeria Centre For Disease Control better known as NCDC has now recorded 397 new cases of COVID-19. Unlike yesterday’s new cases of COVID-19, today’s own has drastically reduced, but the fact remains that COVID-19 is here to stay and we need to learn to leave with it.

Now, 144 New cases of COVID-19 were confirmed in Lagos, 83 New cases of COVID-19 were confirmed in Plateau, 48 New cases of COVID-19 were confirmed in Kaduna, 36 New cases of COVID-19 were confirmed in Adamawa, 22 New cases of COVID-19 were confirmed in Rivers, 16 New cases of COVID-19 were confirmed in Oyo, 10 New cases of COVID-19 were confirmed in Kebbi, 7 New cases of COVID-19 were confirmed in Nasarawa, 7 New cases of COVID-19 were confirmed in Sokoto, 5 New cases of COVID-19 were confirmed in FCT, 5 New cases of COVID-19 were confirmed in Kano, 4 New cases of COVID-19 were confirmed in Edo, 3 New cases of COVID-19 were confirmed in Jigawa, 2 New cases of COVID-19 were confirmed in Ogun, 2 New cases of COVID-19 were confirmed in Akwa Ibom, 1 New cases of COVID-19 were confirmed in Niger, 1 New cases of COVID-19 were confirmed in Bauchi, 1 New cases of COVID-19 were confirmed in Zamfara.

With that the confirmed cases in Nigeria now increases to 84,811, the discharged cases in Nigeria increases to 71.357, the deaths of COVID-19 now stands at 1,264. With that, we now have 12,190 positive and active cases of COVID-19. Also, 152 people added to the number of discharged cases.

In conclusion, the confirmed cases of COVID-19 in Nigeria seems to be reducing, but Nigerians still need to take precautions and regularly perform the preventive measures for COVID-19 so things can possibly go well in 2021.
